Mr. Chansurawong is a Thai Patent Agent and licensed Attorney-at-Law specializing in patent and intellectual property law. He leads the firm's patent practice and is responsible for overseeing patent-related matters across the firm. He advises multinational corporations and local enterprises throughout the entire intellectual property lifecycle, including patent drafting and prosecution, IP enforcement and litigation support, patent infringement and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent portfolio management, commercialization strategies, and cross-border intellectual property matters.
Mr. Chansurawong has been with Seri Manop & Doyle since 2012. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Chulalongkorn University before gaining more than six years of professional experience in Japan, where he developed extensive knowledge of Japanese business culture and patent practice. He is also certified at the N1 level of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
In 2022, Mr. Chansurawong graduated with First Class Honors from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University and is qualified as both a Thai Patent Agent and a licensed Attorney-at-Law.
Fluent in Thai, English, and Japanese, Mr. Chansurawong regularly coordinates cross-border legal and intellectual property matters between Thailand and Japan. He serves as a key contact for Japanese clients, providing practical legal and business support while facilitating seamless communication and coordination with the firm's legal professionals across a broad range of legal matters.
