Ms. Pakdeenad is an associate in the commercial law practice at Seri Manop & Doyle. She advises clients on a wide array of sectors, particularly energy and insurance firms. She provides legal assistance with business formation including the production of incorporation documents and registration of foreign companies, drawing up agreements on share subscription. She participates in preparation and negotiation of customers and suppliers to purchase of goods and materials, joint ventures, and software license.

She graduated with 2 Master’s degrees from the United Kingdom; The London School of Economics and Political Science (Corporate and Commercial law) with Merit and the University of Leeds (Intellectual Property Law) with Merit. She completed her LL.B. at Thammasat University in 2016. In 2021, she becomes a member of the Thai Bar Association (Barrister-at-Law).
