Assisting clients with all matters associated with company set up in Thailand including: drafting of articles of association and business objectives, Tax ID and VAT registrations, registering for Treaty Amity protection (for US investors), applying for Foreign Business Licenses, and assisting foreign employees in obtaining business visas and work permits in Thailand.
